RCI Connect provides Riverside College students with access to SIMS, Microsoft 365 services, and institutional notifications.
Before contacting support
- Confirm that the device has an internet connection.
- Use your Riverside College-issued credentials for the service you are opening.
- SIMS and Microsoft 365 use separate sign-in sessions.
- Never share your password, one-time code, or recovery code with support.
